SHEET METAL PARTS & WELDED ASSEMBLIES

Our machine park is equipped with various sizes of horizontal and vertical lathes, universal lathes and milling machines, 5-axis CNC machining centres and CMM (coordinate measuring machines). With 11 CNC machining centres in Germany and over 35 machining centres in Turkey, we have extensive capacities and produce both prototypes and individual parts as well as large series parts. Our quantities range from 1 piece to 100,000 pieces per year.

EMR is able to machine a wide range of nickel-based super alloys such as Inconel, Rene as well as stainless steel, titanium, aluminium and stainless steel alloys

Our products include various parts made of grey cast iron (EN-GJL), ductile cast iron (EN-GJS) and cast aluminium in various alloys. Our product portfolio includes, among others:

COATING
With our coating systems, we can offer cataphoresis and wet coatings as well as wet coatings using the latest enamelling system technology.

Laser cutting, bending, welding and component assembly are among our core competences. In our certified welding workshop, we are able to process various steel and aluminium welding applications.

By assembling assemblies in-house, we prevent potential assembly errors that can occur through external third parties and offer our customers complete assemblies. The assemblies we have produced to date include
